At Unleashed, we’re more than just a business – we’re a family, and your dog becomes part of ours the moment they walk through the door. Sisters Dianna and Andrea founded Unleashed out of a shared, lifelong love of dogs, and that passion runs through everything we do. Between them they have three dogs of their own – Bertie, Teddie, and Louie – so caring for your pup the way we’d care for our own truly comes naturally.

Behind every happy, tail-wagging dog is our wonderful team – Jasmin, Riana, Gidget, Yorma, and Romy. Together they bring years of hands-on experience across daycare, grooming, training, and dog handling. Our senior team members Jasmine and Rihanna have both completed their Certificate in Animal Studies, and every single one of us is first-aid trained. Your dog is always in knowledgeable, loving hands.

Dianna – Owner

Di brings passion, energy, and a lifetime of animal love to everything she does at Unleashed. A devoted pet parent to Golden Retriever Bertie, Labrador Teddie, and Tonkinese cats Lily and Lulu, she truly understands the bond between dogs and their families. Together with her partner, Di has called the Bayside community home for over 14 years – and that deep local connection is at the core of what Unleashed is all about. With a background in retail marketing and ecommerce, she brings the drive and vision to make Unleashed something truly special. Warm, hands-on, and endlessly enthusiastic, you’ll find Di on the floor every day getting to know every dog – and their humans – by name.

Andrea – Owner

Andrea brings fun, warmth, and genuine care to everything she does at Unleashed. A proud mum of three and much-loved Labrador mum to Louie – Teddies brother, yes really! – she understands just how much dogs mean to their families. Together with her husband, Andrea has been part of the local Bayside community for many years, building strong connections through school, sport, and neighbourhood life. A former florist with a natural flair for detail and creating beautiful experiences, those qualities shine through in the warm welcome she helps create every day. Fun, kind, and effortlessly approachable, she ensures every dog and their family feels genuinely at home from the moment they walk through the door.

Jasmin – Senior Daycare Attendant

Jasmine is an absolute gem on our team, and the dogs know it. She’s worked with dogs her whole life and brings genuine expertise as a passionate handler and trainer – the kind of calm, confident energy that makes even the most nervous pup feel at ease. At home, she’s devoted to her Dalmatian Luna, whom she absolutely adores. If your dog has a favourite human at Unleashed, there’s a good chance it’s Jasmin.

Rihanna – Senior Daycare Attendant

Rihanna is our longest-serving team member and very much the backbone of Unleashed. A true Bayside local through and through, she lets her work do the talking – and the dogs have clearly been paying attention. Deeply loyal to her family and her own beloved dogs (Kya, Layla, Aria) at home, Rihanna brings a grounded, steady presence to the floor that every dog gravitates toward. A genuine hard worker with a huge heart for dogs, she’s a firm favourite with the whole pack.

Gidget – Daycare Attendant

Gidget is one of our sunshine team members – always happy, always friendly, and exactly the kind of energy that makes tails wag. A true Bayside local, she grew up and went to school right here in the area and has been a dog lover her whole life, with her own pack at home to prove it (add names). As part of our part-time crew, you’ll find Gidget out back doing what she loves most – playing, cuddling, and giving every dog the attention they deserve. Needless to say, she’s a firm favourite with the whole pack.

Yorma – Senior Groomer

Yorma brings a calm, patient presence to the grooming salon that puts even the most anxious dog instantly at ease. With an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to work with all breeds, shapes, and sizes, her finished grooms speak for themselves – and the glowing reactions from mums and dads at pick-up time say it all. Yorma has a natural gift for reading dog body language, knowing exactly how to make every dog feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. The dogs love being in her hands, and it clearly shows.

Romy – Groomer

Romy has a gentle, quiet touch that makes all the difference – especially for dogs who find grooming a little daunting. She has a wonderful ability to bring out the best in every dog she works with, no matter their breed or temperament. The results speak for themselves – dogs leave the salon looking absolutely fabulous and smelling gorgeous, with that fresh salon feeling that lasts for days. Our customers are consistently thrilled, and it’s easy to see why Romy is so loved by dogs and their families alike.
